    Most training programmes teach you what to teach, but rarely how to manage a room full of people with different abilities, movement patterns and restrictions.

    This immersive workshop provides the practical experience needed to observe movement more effectively, prioritise corrections and communicate them with clarity and confidence.

    Through guided practice, feedback and hands-on learning, you'll develop the skills needed to become a more responsive, adaptable and effective teacher.

    All her teaching has been in Studio's so she is trained in all studio apparatus. Her work is predomenantly private sessions which range between rehab to the advanced Pilates repetoir

    Karyn's teaching style is very fluid, evaluating the clients mood, body readiness and enthusiam at the beginning or each session.

    Karyn completed all her Pilates certification through Body Control Pilates. This includes mat and all equipment.

    Karyn has also completed AIQ Level 3 Award in Education and training and Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocatioanlly Related achievement
